This session is for Yoga teachers both experienced or new to teaching yoga who wish to deepen or re-establish a connection with their own journey.
Exploring ways to help you grow your skills, make improved decisions and gain new perspectives on your life and career. Tina will leverage on her experience as a yoga Elder and senior yoga teacher trainer and yoga pro.
Using her wisdom in business and as an Ayurvedic Practitioner she will support you through change, be it emotional or physical and provide open and honest feedback. To guide you to reconnect with your life and practice meaningfully.
